Deluxe 4 Bike Hitch Mounted Carrier in Boulder, CO

I have a deluxe 4 bike hitch mounted carrier by Allen that I have never used!! I bought it a few months back for my boyfriend thinking it would work for his FJ, not realizing that his trailer hitch was not the same size as the bike rack! So it has been sitting in my garage since then! It has never been opened or used, the box looks a little rough but the associate at Dick's (where I bought it) said it just came off the truck like that.
