Room for Sale/Roommate Needed in Boulder, CO

Hello! My name is Courtney and I moved out of my apartment a while ago but I am still looking for someone to replace me as soon as possible! Rent plus most utilities costs 610/month for one person. The other 2 utilities are Xcel Energy and Comcast internet bill which are both about 15-20/person per month. The apartment is in the Timber Ridge Apartment Complex near CU's campus. The apartment is a 2BR/1B place and my old roommate (female, 20s, CU student) is still living there. The lease would be from the day you moved in until July 31, 2015. Also, you would not have to pay a deposit since you would be subleasing. If desired, you could renew the lease and continue to live there for the following year as well! I am looking for a clean, friendly roommate and if you are interested, you would need to set up a meeting with me and my old roommate (the person you would be living with) beforehand.
